Wilo LRS Fix fixed-membrane expansion vessel
LRS Fix is a pressurised expansion vessel with a fixed butyl membrane, used in water supply, booster sets, fire-fighting, closed heating and cooling and water heating systems. The series has 6 models of 19, 24, 50 and 100 litres for vertical or horizontal installation.

How to choose
- Volume: For heating systems find the volume with the closed expansion vessel calculation in the catalogue; for booster sets take a volume that matches the pump selection.
- Mounting: V models are vertical without feet, V-F vertical with feet, H-F horizontal with feet. Plan placement above or next to the pump accordingly.
- Pre-charge: The 19 and 24 litre models ship with 2 bar, the 50 and 100 litre models with 3 bar; check it against system pressure before commissioning.
- Fluid: In glycol cooling circuits the glycol share must not exceed 50%.
