Data we process

Account data: name, email, phone, company name and job title.

Usage data: sign-in records, IP address, browser and device information.

Data our customers enter into the service: company and contact records, quotes and notes. For this data our customer is the controller and Tekliva is the processor.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service and managing your account (performance of contract), keeping the service secure and preventing abuse (legitimate interest), meeting legal obligations (legal obligation), and replying to contact form messages (consent or legitimate interest).

Sharing

Data is shared with providers of hosting, database and email delivery services, only as far as the service requires. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is open and afterwards for legally required periods. Data our customers enter is exported on request when an account is closed and deleted within a reasonable time.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation. Send requests to merhaba@tekliva.com.
